origin: Gaelic, meaning: hope
Dòchas II is a private, non-profit, 501 (C) (3) agency dedicated to providing free crisis intervention to youth and their families. We offer youth-centered services designed to build strong communities and assist in resolving conflicts.
Dòchas II serves youth and families in Hillsdale, Jackson, Lenawee and Monroe Counties.
Mission & Goals
Our mission is to provide hope and non-traditional intervention to youth and families in crisis.
Our goal is to provide 24-hour crisis intervention services to youth and their families. We will assist families in utilizing and developing skills to overcome crisis and make positive changes. We are committed to working with local agencies and organizations to assist in the delivery of services and addressing the needs of youth in our community.
Dòchas II is a member of the Michigan Network for Youth and Families.
