Helping The Community

Dòchas II provides quality individual Case Management and Counseling to assist youth in their transition to adulthood.  We can help youth with:

• Connecting to Community Resources such as Medicaid, Food Assistance, Employment, Mental Health and Healthcare.

• Learning essential life skills related to employment, education, housing and more!

• Educational Assitance such as completing FAFSA, Assisting with enrollment, connecting to McKinney-Vento resources and Educational Advocacy.  

• Assist with obtaining personal documents such as State IDs, Birth Certificates, Social Security and Voter Registration.

• Connect to Affordable Housing Resources.
